Put a small pebble in your shoe. It will act as a distraction to the nerves, but not so much that it will upset your singing.
I also sometimes use a rubber band around my wrist as a mild irritant (don't make it tight, though).

First of all, relax. No rush to it. The time will pass as it will and u'll exist in it. U can't fastforward or rewind it so just relax. Remember, those coming to see the play are there because of you. Don't want to disappoint them. Do you? Relax

Pretend there's no one there. The lights will help with this. They block out most of the audience. Break a leg.
