I've been dressing like a Greaser since the 7th grade. I'm now in the 11th grade. I've been dressing the same since 2002. It's now 2007.
For 12 months, 365 days for 5 years and 2 months, I have been wearing a white t-shirt, 501 Levi's, black Chucks, and a motorcycle jacket. Could you imagine wearing a t-shirt in the winter? how about jeans in the summer?
I began drssing like a greaser because I wanted to attract the girls at school. I proved myself wrong. Nothing has happened for 5 years. All I've gotten is insults from Hip-Hop kids at school. Not only only insults, but rocks and fruit have been thrown at me. Do you think it's silly to dress like you're in the 1950's and living in the 2000's? Well, since I began dressing this way, I've become interested in the 1950's. I love the music and the movies.
I heard that Greasers are only interested in cars. I'm not very interested in cars. I know nothing about them. Tell you the truth, I'm only thing that intrests me is movies.

no listen to the hip hop kids..THAT IS WIERD....a girl at my school does that..NO ONE LIKES HER.....dress normally, go to abercrombie and get urself some good jeans and hoodies

Yea you should if you like the style. I'm Greaser my self and if I can tell you anything about being a Greaser, that'd be stay true to yourself and rock the Rockabilly style Ace. Just like any other style you will have people hate on you for it and people who will like you for it. To be honest people are more attracted to me because I'm a Greaser. A real Greaser. And just so you know. People in the 50's picked on Greasers because we we're on the wrong side of the tracks. We are different for you're common little boy swagg out ****. We are different from your meat head jocks. So let me tell you, you will have plenty of enemies, but it just comes with the style my Ace. But if you like the style keep with it. But if you're gonna do it do it right. Learn how to work on Motor Cycles or Cars or both. Learn to stick up for your self and crack a wise guy in the crown for yapping his motor mouth. And most important don't listen to em when the jock your style stay true to you and what you are. Now go and earn your Patches kid. Ps life gets a lot easier with your taste in fashion when you get outta school school is like a ******* zoo. The kids are a bunch of animals. So by all means stick with it if you like it. i am greaser two and have been for a couple years like you. just stick to your style and be your own self its better to be a leader than to be a follower and follow onto a trap.i know what your going throw i went throw it two but i will always stay a greaser for the rest of my life and no matter what people tell me i am who i am and who i want be my own self(;

I too am a greaser and I'm with you. Stick to yourself and be a greaser don't listen to the others who disagree they're just jealous. Stick to the slick back hair and the leather jacket. A true greaser sticks up for himself and those who can't stick up for themselves so to let them push you around. Your a greaser stay a greaser. Good luck!

I'm a senior and I can personally say that if you went to my school, I would think you were a freak! Just because you like the movies and stuff from the 1950's (I do, too), doesn't mean that you have to have the shitty dress style that they had back then. It is NOT attractive anymore.
Honestly, I would start dressing yourself better. Believe me when I say.. that if you put time and effort into your clothes and yourself and stop acting like a Greaser (which at my school we call "greasers" the nastier people) then you will get a lot more girls' attention. If you put more thoughts into yourself then more girls will pay attention to you. Believe me...

don listen to people! dress how you want, honestly the rockabilly/greaser look is more original, everyone is going to the rap/hip hop looks, don follow the crowd, unless you would rather dress like them.

STOP. don't dress like that for anyone. i actually laughed when i read it. Be yourself, if you don't know how to do that, walk around a store and think about what you would actually wear without thinking about us trifflin girls. Kepp the whole movie thing but stop the whole duplicant stuff.

do you like your style?? if you do, who cares what others think?? Do you own thing, because there is nothing that attracts me to a guy than individuality. Don't stress about the fads and what others are saying. Someday someone will learn to appreciate you for who you are, and not what everyone else wants you to be.
