Dear Vice President Gore:

Americans from every corner of our nation are calling on you. Please listen to our plea and run for the Democratic nomination for the presidency of the United States in 2008.

Never before has America needed a leader of your stature, vision and experience more than now. The next presidential election will be the most crucial one in our history, and you are the only Democrat who can unite the country and lead us to victory. And this country - indeed, the entire world - cannot afford anything less.

Our nation and the planet itself are entering “a period of consequences,” as you so well stated in “An Inconvenient Truth,” but in more ways than one. We are ruled by a government of the powerful and for the powerful - a government that tramples our Constitution, wages unjust war in our name, sacrifices our economic future, and puts our very planet on the endangered species list.

America and the world need you now more than ever. Be our candidate. Run for president. And we pledge that we'll be there for you every day until the last vote is counted.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned,

Obama Re-Elected in 2012? Before you can gage a President, he has some issues to resolve: 1. Pass laws and regulate the economy-take the money back from the bankers and slap them on the hand. 2. Come up with an effective policy in Afghanistan 3. Bring unconditional peace in the Middle East 4. Pass laws that work-No stimulus bill that gives money to corporate heads. 5. Create a new industry that will replace jobs he plans to elliminate in the future since we will be using corn starch for fuel. 6. Increase the Amry 7. Institute the draft. 8. Pass the laws that work. 9. Reduce the rate of inflation 10. Pass the laws that make sence. Al Gore? 2016 No going to happen. He can't have that much plastic surgery to look young.

I agree . . . to a point. Former Senator John Edwards, John Kerry's running mate in '04, is also a caring, intelligent candidate who would go a long way in repairing our nation internally and our reputation in the world.

Anything is better than Hilary. I hope he does run because America doesn't need another radical like Hilary as President. It would only devide the country even more.

Well, other than the fact that this is SPAM, go ahead and get him to run. It will guarantee another Republican in the White House. He lost once why not again.
