The song with the lyrics "I've got the feelin baby..." is called "Got the Feelin" by James Brown. It was on the episode where the kids all sang to Cliff's parents for thier 50th anniversary (the second time.)

BTW - the Ray Charles song was the first time they sang to his parents on an earlier episode for their 49th anniversary, that song is called "Night and Day"
