Lie. Just put it back, play dumb and let him think that he did it. I wouldn't worry about it, it's probably fine. Now if it's broken in a million pieces, you're gonna have to 'fess up. Practice your innocent face.

Your husband has a PlayStation? How old is he 12? Come on, it probably the best thing that ever happened to it. How is it that a grown man is in need of a toy? I know girls are different but a guy?
Tell him the truth. Truth is always better than a lie. With any luck, you didn't do much if any damage. Today's toys are solid state and they can take much more than the electronics of years past.
Tell the truth and you'll be better off.

lol I feel sorry for you. I'd be tempted to lie but it is probably best to tell the truth. When you see him tell him you did something awful by accident and he should understand. Why risk the trust you have built up over something like this.

I think you should lie about it because that is really expesive and he would get really mad, but in the other hand tell the truth because that's what i would like if it happend to me, which did. Maybe he'll understand because it WAS an excident! well, i hope you decide on what u do and do the right thing!

Turn it on and see if it works or not. I have 'accidentally' knocked every brand and model of gaming system off its stand more than once, and never have I been able to rid myself of this new age plague!
And omission of a fact is not quite a lie!

Um...depends how forgiving he is. If he is understanding then tell the truth but if he's not then lie...I mean they don't exactly have a lot in stock so he could by a new one just like that....

tty Bitty, Are you sure it was an accident?....as a former playstation widow, I know from bitter experience I've been sorely tempted to do something to my husbands.. In the recent gales, his motorbike got blown over. He wasn't well chuffed about that either! Hey ho - there you go, lifes a biatch. I half expected him to ask me if I was responsible...

If you lie he will eventually find out it was you, and then he'll be madder that you lied to him, but if you tell him what really happed, and make sure he knows it was an accident, he'll probably be mad, but he'll forgive you and get over it.
