You know from NYPD Blue and CSI? Do ladies find him attractive?

No, he creeps me out. I watch CSI just for the fascination of watching something horrible.
He's a one-trick pony as an actor. All he can do is put meaningful pauses in his speech and strike meaningful poses. Oh, and he expresses emotions by putting on and removing his sunglasses.
When he was younger, I like watching him. On Hill Street Blues he played the leader of an Irish gang, and was very enjoyable.

I don't think he is HOT HOT or anything but he is handsome and I love him in CSI Miami

I agree 100% with tonalc1 . I find him to be an annoying twit and don't even think he's cute.
