THEY ARE CERTAINLY WORKING ON IT - INSTEAD OF SEARCHING FOR WAYS TO WIN THEY ARE SEARCHING FOR WAYS TO CUT AND RUN - AND ANYTHING TO UNDERMINED THE TROOPS - EVEN TRYING TO LEGISLATE WHERE OUR MILITARY CAN DROP CLUSTER BOMBS IE FIENSTEIN OF CALIFORNIA. NOW THEY BLAME THE SHOW 24 FOR SHOWING AMERICAN SOLDIERS HOW TO TORTURE - FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HOW STUPID IS THAT. ALL THEY TALK ABOUT IS HOW AMERICANS ENGAGE IN TORTURE DEATH AND DESTRUCTION. THEY FORGOT 911, THEY FORGOT THE BEHEADINGS OF AMERICANS OT THEY THINK IT IS OK FOR TERRORISTS TO DO THIS. WHAT IS NEXT SEND OUR MEN SQUIRT GUNS TO DEFEND THEMSELVES.

Please, learn something about this war before you pose such a question.
We won the war, to whom should we surrender?
Why would you think that the Democrats would legislate a surrender? What the Democrats want to do is get us out of Iraq, that's it! No surrender of anything in Iraq! All of America wants us out of Iraq, except the 30% that are still making money off of the "so called" war! The war is now a Civil Religious War between to rival factions of the same religion. We don't belong in that situation.

Can't surrender - no one to surrender to. It's not a formal war.
And as for the ding-a-ling above, there's pretty much no way to win and Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 to begin with, so WTF is he talking about? We should never have been in Iraq in the first place. We should have done the job in Afghanistan, captured Osama, and gone on with our lives, and THEN the world would have been a safer place. Sheesh. Stop watching Faux News and stop listening to Rush and Bill O'Reilly, and try to think for yourself.

We can't surrender because there is no one to surrender to and no war. We simply invaded and destroyed a nation that was of no threat to us so that George Bush could appear to be a macho "War President" for the 2004 election cycle. Eventually we will leave behind the ruins we created in what will go down in U.S. history as our most expensive Presidential Election ever, costing trillions of taxpayer dollars, hundreds of thousands of destroyed American and Iraqi lives and families, our reputation as leader of the free world, and the entire nation of Iraq. Hard to believe, but it really is that simple.

No--they are gonna take away the ability for the Resident's escalation of violence and the unnecessary presence of our troops in a civil war to exist--where Chimpy has no jurisdiction.
