How do who properly apply eyeliner and eyeshadow? Which is a better eyeliner liquid or powder? And what is the best brand for eyeliner and eyeshadow?

You want to apply an eyeliner crayon on the very edge of your lower eyelid; and if it's a nuetral eyeshadow, blend it in softly with your fingers. But if it's a colorful eyeshadow, use a thin applicator to thinly swipe it across your eyelid for a horizon look. :)

Well I use just normal pencil eyeliner. I just put it on the bottom then smudge it to give it a smokey look. Then I do the same but I put it on a bit darker and then put a light natural color eyeshadow over it.

Pretty much, there is no WRONG way to put on eye makeup. Eye shadow can go along your eyebrow, under your eye, in you inner eye, doesnt matter. Preferably, it goes on your top lid. Eye liner can go on your top lid above your lashes or on your inner lids so yea. It really doesn't matter. I like mayballine. Or Covergirl. Those are pretty good brands. Just the price can be pretty expensive. Or you can just look in magazines or online for ideas based on your skin tone....or what not. Hope I helped.
