Sure seems that way.

Clinton said that Kyoto would hurt America and Americans. Bush says the same thing. Oh well, if Clinton says it, we ignore it. If Bush says it, we bash him. We Dems are wackos.

No I think that people disagree all the time, and that is a fact ! I think Bush is retarded and proof of that is everytime he opens his mouth! The best one was in China, When he stood there at the podeum next to the pres of China, at his podeum? Talking to a room full of Chinese, that couldn't speak a word of English, on International news eh? And he was spouting off how we the American people need the Chinese, and that we are rolling out the Red Carpet for them and that they will be allowed more than one child here? So please come?" Then he said, " Well the president of China agree to disagree" and then he smirked! ha ha i rolled onto the floor on that note after watching the president of China give him the Retard Look? eh?
I suppose they busted a gut when he told the Chinese before he got elected that his mission was Saddam and to pick up where his Dad left off, cuz know one threatens my father! And then he said " and I am going to show China that America is a force to reckon with"! ho hum yawn, then he got in office and after agreeing not to invade their air space with a spy plane he did it anyway? Risking our pilots lives. They were brought down? Then Bush demanded the plane? ho hum Yawn! The Chinese told him when they get good and ready, so they proceeded to take all our new technology for free and duplicated it immediately! Aha Yes Dubya we are a force alright! A fart in the wind to the Chinese, all they have to do now is light a match, for they invented fire power with gun powder eh? What a joke! He is the biggest liar and con man and thief we have ever had in the history of all our presidents combined! I think he is a man that needs a drink eh?
And I have never seen a more frustrated male in my life on television and not an actor mind you ha ha! He is in more dire need of a BJ than any man in history? It should be him in the oval office or maybe he wishes that were possible! ha ha

Kyoto was not ratified by the Senate as all treaties are reuired to be. Of course that doesn't negate the fact that Gore may be slightly retarded.
