During ovulation or shortly after, your bbt goes up. If the egg is fertilized, does your temp still go up or does it stay the same?
TTC and ovulated approximately 6 days ago. I haven't noticed a change in my temperature at all. Any ideas?

After reading a few responses, I need to clarify...
In the past six months, when ovulation occurred, my temp rose like I was having hot flashes. This month it has stayed the same and I know I ovulated for sure. Is it possible to be pregnant and NOT have my temp rise? I realize it's not how things normally happen.

If you conceive your BBT will remain high for the rest of your pregnancy. After 18 days of high temps then you know you are preggers. I hope all works out for you. My hubby and I are waiting to test and are on the same journey!

When you ovulate your temp. goes up! If you get pregnant then it stays up and it could go up even more than it did when you ovulated, which would be showing a 'tri-phasic' pattern! You will be able to tell if that happens! If you are not pregnant, then your temp. will go down about a day before your period! Hope that helps...
