No. When he was convicted for the murders, he was sentenced to death. However, when the death penalty was ruled unconstitutional, his death sentence was commuted to life in prison WITH the possibility of parole. When the death sentence was once again ruled constitutional, his life sentence remained.

He has been denied parole everytime he's come before the parole board and is still serving his sentence at San Quentin State Penitentiary in CA.

No, he is serving life without the possibility of parole. Why would anyone want him to ever be released?

No, he has been denied parole every time. They will never let him out. There are people who he associated with that are waiting for him to get out. Then they can continue their reign of terror. That's why he will never be allowed to get out.
