How come my computer is more laggy after i rebooted it?

i rebooted my comp a few days ago because it was kinda laggy so i thought after the reboot it would be fast again. but now its more laggy.....wtf i didnt even install anything yet. why is it acting like this?

when was the last time you did a dis clean up an a de flag,it memery is gone,this could be the problem, too you might want to go into tool an clean out history
