i want to make my own webpage to do a profile n ad some pics but dont know were to go to that will alow me to upload anime images that i got from the web any suggestions ?

I would strongly recomend Geocities, it's through yahoo. When I was about 15 I ran a very sucessful fan website that was advertised through all sorts of well known magazines. I believe it was becuase of the program I used that the site was able to be such a sucess. However it depends on the type of knowlage you have on web design. Geocities can be hard and confusing at first (when I started I had absoutly no idea what I was doing), with all the codes you have to use. But there are places like funky-chickens.com that can help you find each of them.
Geocities may be more complex then what you are looking for. If you want somthing simple angelfire.com tripod.com can be good also.
All are completly free.

If you want a profile and you want to add pics and anime images, why not try www.deviantart.com
If you want a full web site, I recomend www.awardspace.com

i have a site there and it works great.
i moved there from yahoo geocity because it was to buggy.
tripod is easy to use both by form created design and html
