Use Opera. There is a feature in opera that will refresh the page for you at a timed interval. M$ IE is a crippled, featureless, piece-of-crap browser that will dissapoint you time and time again.

Just navigate to where you want to go, then right click (anywhere) on the page, select "Reload Every ->" and choose 30 seconds or whatever.

Use your F5 key. There is no way to have it manually refresh every 2 seconds. If there was I never heard of it

Hello Kitty,

You could try to do the following

I think that it is not the best way to do what you want but it will redirect the page. ( I tested at IE7 and Firefox )
