I think the only real reward is the 100% certainty that you don't have STDs. Even if you use condoms all the time, there's still a slight possibility of catching something, especially skin diseases like warts and herpes. And you can only be 100% sure you don't have anything if you are COMPLETELY abstinent and haven't engaged in oral sex and such things which also pose a very small risk of disease... so the more abstinent you are in all ways, the more likely you'll be completely disease-free. Incidentally apparently 80% or more of sexually active people have some form of HPV (the wart virus)...
Social and emotional rewards (ie "makes marriage more special" etc) depend on the person... They will be rewards for some people, but for others they won't make a difference.

a painful and bloody wedding night...just kiddin... no diseases and teenage pregnancy. i wish i had remained abstinent. i had a baby 6 months ago and had to give up the sports i love. i am only 16
