At the very least, his players won't want him dead like Saban. I think it all rides on Culpepper. A healthy Daunte Culpepper can get this team to the playoffs.

I think Cameron will last 2-3 years in Miami before they give up on him. He had a lot of offensive talent to coach in SD, not so in Miami. I think he is pretty average and the Dolphins should have been more patient in the job search. I'm looking for several more bad seasons for the once proud Dolphin franchise.

Not as good as everyone thinks. "San Diego had some offense" because they had LT. I could pick plays for their team to run and LT would make me look like a genius. And this year he also has to worry about his QB's. Who do you start; Harrington or Culpooper? Not very good options. And now he has to play the Jets, Patriots, and Bills every year instead of the Chiefs, Broncos, and the lowly Raiders.

How about Marty Schottenheimer with Cam Cameron as a coordinator? Did great for the Chargers!

Joey Harrington and Daunte Culpepper both pretty much suck. I dont think Cam Cameron would do a good job.. unless they get a franchise quarterback.

Maybe the 1st round of the playoffs if Jason Taylor plays and Zach Thomas.

Players win games, not coaches. They won't do any better than they did this year.
