I often know I'm going to be heading into a one hour meeting, and I'd like to set my cell phone to ring at a specific time to give myself an excuse to get out if needed. Any ideas? Ring4Freedom had a service like that, but its no longet in operation.

just set an alarm on your phone. All phones have the alarm function. You can choose whatever ringer you want for the alarm.

set up a macro to use a free program like jahjah to ring your cell at a given time and then use windows to schedule the macro to run.
or you could have a friend call you?
