I have a husband but seperated for 4years and have b/f also so who should get the money?

Your next of kin. Get a will and specify who gets it. It will save the family a lot of grief if anything happens to you. Or if you're asking about money as the result of your death, it would more than likely be the person who sues. I'm not sure, but I think it has to be a family member who sues. I don't think a boyfriend can. I'm almost positive that an ex-husband can't unless there are children involved. Then the money would go to them or to a trust set up in their name (s). In any case, talk to a lawyer and get a will!

It would probably go to your husband or family (kids or parents if living). Unless specified in writing, I don't see how your bf would get anything.
