Freecycle.com is the best place to check. You can find one in your area and join your local group. Monitor the current posts and also post a "WANTED" post for specifically what you are wanting. All you have to do is arrange to pick up the items from the person who "gifts" them to you. There are hundreds of Freecycle groups available. It is recommended that you join the one closest to your home area, but you can join several that are in your surrounding area, as long as you are willing to drive the distance to make the pick ups. The purpose of Freecycle is to recycle useable items to prevent them from going to the landfills by "gifting" them to others. They have simple rules to follow, the main one simply being "no money is to ever be involved". It is a wonderful way to pass on items you don't use or obtain items you would like to have at only the cost of going to get it. Hope this helps :)

If you find some, I'd like to know where. We make quilts and get free material from Friends and whom ever is tossing stuff out that is clean. Wal-Mart has one dollar sales. Free accessories though, that's a hard one. Try garage sales etc. free bi newspapers that come around on week-ends.

I don't know about free but Walmart ALWAYS has fabric for a dollar a yard. As for accessories.....their stuff is pretty cheap. Good luck!

Ever try the good will places? Salvation Army? What about using old clothes that are being thrown out. A little more work removing the seams, but it;s free.
