if I spent my last moments on a bike my life would be complete. I have several friends with heart issues and they ride...and ride, and ride. ask your doctor and follow his advise

Sometimes it can become very hard to breathe on a motorcycle because of the constant air being inhaled. It's a lot of pressure. I wouldn't worry about an adrenalin rush affecting your pacemaker though. That's a natural process and if a doctor thought a possible adrenaline rush could affect the pacemaker, it would not have been approved to use in a human body. Now, to protect your breathing, it helps to have a helmet with a full face mask to shield you from the wind. That way you are still just breathing your normal amount of air. Also, a windshield will help as well. This blocks a lot of the pressure going in your face from the wind. Good luck, and enjoy the rush!

It's not something you want to take advice on from random people on the internet. Consult a doctor if you're worried. But in general there's no reason you shouldn't ride with a pacemaker, plenty of people do.
