Yes and more. I mean commercials are lies and lies should be illegal.
Not every detergent, for example, can be 'leading' and not every pet food can be the most 'recommended'
Marketing costs us so much and we do not even realize it. We buy, consume and waste so much that we do not need and occasionally cannot afford.
Why do I have to see commercials if I pay for cable?? Because the 'stars' need to get paid $1,000,000,000 an episode???

I getting to hate commercials , they are so sick . I really don't feel they are brain washing us , if any thing hearing them over & over makes me not want to go near their prodects .
I really think they are selling less because of commercials that a getting so stupid .

They sure are and without mercy. Even some cable stations play commercials over and over which is insulting.

It's almost as bad as the same questions being asked over and over again on "Answers". Like the ones about losing weight.

nah most of the time i just dont pay attention...i either change the channel on commercial break or just mute the tv and turn to the computer.
they must be trying to brainwash but its not working and certainly not on me. you know how people are...its their job to advertise. they gotta make money somehow.
