to buy a used car? i dont really care what it looks like.....as long as it gets me from point A to point B, ill be alright.

you can get a really nice car for around 2500 maybe lower make sure you get a carfax report

I have recently purchased cars for as little as 100.00 and drove them just fine. If you are not mechanically inclined and thinking about buying something like this you will need to take a mechanic with you when you inspect and drive the vehicle. Some of these cheap vehicle are good deals as the prior owned sunk a lot of money in new parts trying to keep them going. These type cars generally only need a little work and if you bring a mechanic with you or bring it to a near by mechanic to have it checked out. I personally like these vehicle because I fix them and resale them cheap to people who can't afford new/used car prices. I hope this helped and if you need any help with diagnosis let me know. You can get a car at any price... $500 but that would be a junk pile.... I wouldn't go under a 1000.... even at 1000 your getting a car that probably needs some work. So to be safe 2000-3000 will get you a good used car.
