I don't think that is a good idea.
However if you don't want to work for the company anymore - why not just give in your notice and go and work elsewhere?

Not a good idea to do. Even if you have a new job lined up for now, in the future prospective employers are VERY likely to check with past employers before hiring you. You do not want to leave behind an angry employer who will give you a bad recommendation.
