For a one time fee of 20 bucks you can buy a program that lets you make your own. Its called xingtone (xingtone.com). BTW, there is not a cracked version out yet that I have found. You will find hundreds listed, but they are all viruses.

Yes its http://www.mxyer.com you can choose from free ringtones to wallpapers etc.!!I know because this is what I use!
