i know i've seen it somewhere... i remember someone i know who had a photo they sent out and the service or the computer program sent them back a pattern for cross-stitching it. can anybody give me the website? thankyou!

I don't know the website but I do know you can buy software which does this for you with any picture. I would imagine if you searched Google you might be able to buy it to download. It'd be much better if you could do as many as you liked rather than just pay to have one done.

If you have a photo program on your puter you should be able to enlarge it until it's picilated - dots - then assign thread colors to the dots.

I have the standard version of this program and it works pretty well. I didn't buy it online, I think I bought it at Staples but it's been a few years. Good luck.
