It all depends what do you want to see and do. In all those places are different and interesting things to do. In my opinion, not taking credit away from the other places, my favorite is Tampa. I'm from the Northeast and when the weather gets cold and snowy, I take small trips to Florida. There is SO much to do in there. Besides All the amusement parks nearby (Orlando), which are great, there is a lot to do and see. Water sports, cafes meeting people and walks are among my favorites. To tell you the truth I have only been in Nebraska for a couple of days, which I enjoyed very much. And in North Carolina, I have been a few times because of work. Nonetheless, on my free time, I spend walking around and meeting friendly people. So, the choice is yours. And enjoy your time in the States.

If you like all your relatives equally, I would say go to Tampa, I have lived in Florida my whole life, and I can't think of anywhere I'd rather be. How could they be the same? I guess I don't understand. I'm pretty sure they are all different and beautiful in their own ways, but different. I guess it depends on what you like. The climate here is mostly perfect, NC has mountains, and I know almost nothing about Nebraska.

If it were me, I would visit North Carolina. No, they're not the same at all. Nebraska is mostly farming, and Florida is a lot of tourists and people who didn't like the weather in the Northeast. I recommend you find some relatives in California for a future visit.

I've never been to Nebraska. but I've been to Tampa,Florida and to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Both places are nice. You didn't mention where in NC they live though.
