Most agencies have a criteria for photos. If you send in just a couple random pictures of yourself, you will be tossed aside. Find the agencies you'd like to be a part of, and find out their criteria for portfolios. They may want you to have a series such as: head shot, smile. head shot, no smile. full length, smile. full length, no smile. To get nice photos taken for free, put an ad on craigslist or similar for a "TFP" or "TFCD" session, which means time for photos/prints, or time for (photo) CD. This way, both you and the photographer get some nice pictures for portfolios without having to pay anyone. Be sure that you both sign a contract that these photos are for portfolio use only. Getting into modeling can be easy. Have a family member take some head-shots n scenery shots of you. Send them into the modeling company of your choice. If they like you, they will send a message back to you asking you to join them. Just remember to put your return address!

find a worthy agency and see if they can accept you as a client..they would book shows for you and voila...you are in the fashion world,... its ok if your first tried agency declines you ..jus keep your head up high and find another one that you think will take you ..p.s. modeling agencies would never ask you to pay up front ..they will deduct from your eanings once you start getting booked with jobs and runways shows.

yeah, send them to modeling agencies.
you might want a pro photographer to take your pics, just so you know you look good.

take pictures of yourself and submit them too online agency's. make sure its natural beauty. search for agencys online. hope i helped :D
