trailer trash people seems to figure all low class and drugs and drunks , and people who don't work live in a park. but Not all people that live in trailers are trailer trash, and they do work hard for what they have. and they do have all their teeth. and not all party like some people think. Maybe some people are forced to live in a trailer because they can't afford a home. and there are some that work two jobs trying to make a living. But I have meet people that live in trailers and they are just like the rest of us. they are normal trying to make a good living.

Somebody that has no ambition in life and does not care how they live or look as long as they have a roof over their head. Good example of trailer trash is a old single wide trailer that is ready to blow away when a tornado or or hurricane hit.

I've never really heard anyone that. Trailer trash, yes. White trash, yes. But never white trailer trash. I usually just call them hicks. Or rednecks. Or idiots. If it's a girl, skank also usually does the job. Sketchy's a good one too, for those trailer park meth heads.

My interpritation of the term is that people who live in trailers tend to not be as proud about how their home looks. There tend to be a lot of things around the property and the people who live in them tend to maybe drink a great deal, not make much money, maybe live on welfare, dress a little swanky. I know there are plenty of people who live in trailers that don't fit this catagory and I mean no disrespect. But coming from Maine I also know a great deal of people who do fit this catagory, and I think that is where the therm comes from.
