Henry Ford... created the assembly line. Gave jobs to those who didn't have specific skills, made the small town of Michigan grow. He was the first to think of interchangeable parts in the automobile industry, and the assembly line. But. He was also a supporter of Adolf Hitler and the Nazi regimes.
