lately I am having problems with micro soft wallpaper. Can anyone help me...?

I have tried somewhat at it with no result. This happen only on start up. If someone can help it would appreciated. thanks...

To change wallpaper, just right-click anywhere on your screen (not on top of icons or the task-bar at the bottom!) and clik properties, clik on the Desktop tab at the top, and select whatever background you want, then click apply then click OK.
