start by standing up with your hands up on either side of your head
slowly start arching your back
and slowly let your hands touch the floor
it's really easy!

it depends on the way you go into the back bend, if you go from standing up it's hard, if u go from a wall it's much easier (but a little scarier) good luck w/ that

IF YOU ARENT A GYMNAST, DANCER, OR CHEELEADER AND DONT HAVE A SPOTTER ITS IMPOSSIBLE.....
STOP WHILE YOUR AHEAD
.....because if you arent ready (because your NOT a gymnast, dancer, or cheerleader) and dont have a spotter you'll fall and break your neck....so dont do one at all
unless again you are a cheerleader, dancer, or gymnast
DONT ATTEMPT THIS
why would you want to do one anyways?
