where can i order personalized, completely my-design cloth labels for my clothing?

i've found sites that sell cloth labels, but you choose from a design they have and fill it in with yor text. i'd like to have my own original design printed. the labels could be either woven or screen-printed, but i want them to be cloth. they will be sewn onto the garments. help! where's a good website??? thanks...

Just buy a magic marker
