Is there a system like speakerphone for sound on computers?

I have difficulty with earphones, and need an aparatus that does not connect me to the computer. I need to move around in my work, but also need the reminers verbal & tones too, as I am missing too many contacts. Can anyone suggest to what to ask for by name, and I will take note and enquire. Thank you.

Ask your computer store about using a Bluetooth unit. You may need software for it - but there is probably something on the market at a reasonable price.
