I think a mole gives it a lot of character. ;)
You will however want to keep checking it in the future, preferably by a doctor, to make sure the mole doesn't turn cancerous on you.

Chicks who care about the man don't care about the size of his penis. 5.5" is slightly on the lower end of the average scale, but it is still a perfectly acceptable length and not far off the 5.9" worldwide adult male average size.
