A better idea would be to get all those girls that dance around in pointed dunce hats and big white dresses, who call themselves the KKK (clan is spelt with a C not a K so it points to a distinct lack of IQ), to get a better uniform.
Also the collective IQ at any Klan meeting is about -700000. I'd remedy that by attaching a copy of "The Little Engine That Could" to the starch they buy that keeps their skirts all fluffy white, for no other reason but to get them start reading and raise the literacy rate. Once they've started to read they'd be able to progress to the hard science like Jack and Jill or the Hardy Boys.

Hell yes, and we can start putting shampoo & shower gel on coors, busch, and bud light. Oops forgot most trailer parks dont have showers, guess you hill billies could wash up in a trough.
