He means that he exists, and it's only his opinion. I personally don't agree that only that which thinks exists.

Can there be anything more than what you are thinking? Isn't it a little useless and overextending to possibly think that you what you don't think still exists when you don't think it? Sometimes I think about how many people on this earth must be having sex right now, while I'm not, but I remind myself that none of it's real anyway, because only I'm real, and only for this moment.

Descartes had it backward but for some arcane reason people have loved to quote this particular piece of his thought process for a long time.
