He means that he exists, and it's only his opinion. I personally don't agree that only that which thinks exists.

Can there be anything more than what you are thinking? Isn't it a little useless and overextending to possibly think that you what you don't think still exists when you don't think it? Sometimes I think about how many people on this earth must be having sex right now, while I'm not, but I remind myself that none of it's real anyway, because only I'm real, and only for this moment.
