i have almost re-pierced it entierly, but i still have the layer of skin on the inside of my nose to go, im doing this myself (dumb idea but im cleaning everything). but what should I do, push it through slowly or just push it in fast?

Since it fell out, it was not mean to be. Stop what you are doing and let it grow back.
There is nothing attractive about a pierced nose. Ick.

fast and this sounds gross but kinda dig in ur nose and pull the skin back so it dosent stretch too much
