verizon--I never get dropped calls and I have never had any other problems! I love it. However, the Verizon store close to my house is AWFUL! Their employees are the worst CSR's I have ever seen! Every time that we go in or walk by (it is in a mall), they are on their phones not helping ANYONE! They also are very unapproachable and snarky when they do finally get around to helping you. However, I lived approx. 3 hours away from here for a while and the Verizon store there had the most wonderful people there ever! They were so nice and helpful and cheery and I would drive the 3 hours just to have their service (actually, I have done so twice!)

Verizon, but I will soon switch to T-Mobile to get a brand new FREE phone, cos Vz is greedy and does not want to give me a free razr.
