There is a big party coming up where men are to dress as women and women as men. My man said he would go with me but he didn't want to stand out. So what I would like to know is what type of womans pants/jeans would not stand out on him, even if he was to be out in public. He is secure about who he is but its a one time thing. Plus he is a slim guy about 145lbs and 6ft. Thanks for all your help.

One time thing.... He should wear a dress and heels and see what you go through for him. :)
But if he wants to be low key, jeans with embroidery on the pockets. Maybe a jeans top with embroidery as well. And a jacket that is zipped up and long enough to cover his pockets so he can walk to the party and not attract attention.
Then post his picture everywhere. :)

You should get him a pair of women's stretch denim jeans, have him wear a bra, C cup, panties, pantyhose (shave his legs too), a white top & a pair of 4" high heel sandals. If his hair is long enough, then just style it, give him a nice makeover & do his nails & some jewelry to complete his outfit. Basically have him dress-up as a woman in casual attire.

Why use jeans at all. Put him in one of those cute short empire waist dresses, and leggings underneath, then a nice boot to finish, or a high heeled shoe, if you can talk him into it.
That outfit certainly won't bind him anywhere.
