you put it on like regular eyeshadow put you put less on unless you like it really dark and you apply it with a brush not like on that comes with regular eyeshadow you buy

i wear this kind of eyeshadow this is how i put mine on

Just dip a small makeup brush into the pot, tap the excesses, and apply.

what u do is take a klenex and put it on ur check underneath ur eye so that they stray powder doesnt get on the rest of ur face. then take a stiff powder brush and put it on as if it was a normal eyeshadow but put it on a LITTLE thicker.
