How Do You Apply Pigment eyeshadow on? ( Make up )?

well i on MAC site and i saw eyeshadows called pigments.. which is eyeshadow that is more powdery than normal eyeshadows... i think.. or atleadt i hope .. lol.. how do you apply them??? ill show you what i'm talking about... please.. if any tips or crazy ideas on make up... they will all be welcomed... i love dramatic make up.. thank you... http://www.maccosmetics.com/templates/products/sp.tmpl?CATEGORY_ID=CATEGORY15103&PRODUCT_ID=PROD1519 <~ these are pigments.. thank you

you put it on like regular eyeshadow put you put less on unless you like it really dark and you apply it with a brush not like on that comes with regular eyeshadow you buy

Just dip a small makeup brush into the pot, tap the excesses, and apply.

what u do is take a klenex and put it on ur check underneath ur eye so that they stray powder doesnt get on the rest of ur face. then take a stiff powder brush and put it on as if it was a normal eyeshadow but put it on a LITTLE thicker.
