I am creating a cookbook about Shakespeare's play, Macbeth? Please suggest any ideas for cute names that have to do with quotes from the play.

Are you sure you want to create a cookbook about that particular play?
In the acting world there's a very strong superstition about bad luck connected with the play, that's been believed for at least 2-3 hundred years.
Many actors will never refer to it by title, and call it "the Scottish play". It's considered very bad luck to quote lines from it.
If you feel you want to plunge ahead, dive into the witch's list of ingredients to start with---creat great dishes with disgusting names--- then go with the Scots influence. Scones, lamb stew, oatmeal, etc, etc...Stay away from haggis, though...
