it happens, but it is usually by accident. for instance, if someone doesn't masturbate or have sex and they have enough sexual tension built up, they could spontaneously ejaculate if they look at porn or become arroused being around an attractive person. it is the same concept as premature ejaculation (when it happens without penetration at all). i'm sure it could theoretically be done, some would day, thru reading, looking at something or meditating to a point where your drive is so strong, but i think it would be nearly impossible and hardly worth the effort.

I've hear of it, but I don't think it happens often. Men tend to be more visual and usually need at least visual stimulation. I know plenty of women who can use only their minds to reach orgasm, but no men.

yep it is possible though it does take lots of practice to develop your mind over matter skills. but just think of the advantages of being able to achieve orgasm on demand.

there are two options. The "wet dream" will take care of DSB or "deadly semen backup" or if you are savvy enough climb the rope in your gym class...it is a sensation that older guys know about but don't know how to describe.

I would rather say it should not happen too as this means you will be never able to have sex, You wil ejaculate before that only by thinking in your mind.

I think it calls for and requires some manipulation. The mind itself usually is not enough.
