Yes I'm asking about pressure, don't have a torque wrench

Cost? Depends on if you do it yourself or have someone else do it.
Now if you are asking how far or how much pressure to tighten them, then you need to know which type of plug you have, and if there is a metal gasket on the plug or not. As a general rule of thumb, a gasketed plug you want to hand tighten and then turn 1/2 turn to seat it.... a non gasketed plug, hand tighten and then 1/8 to 1/4 turn. If in doubt, you can always ask your dealership to provide you with that information.

Run them up until they bottom out then give them 1/8 to 1/4 turn with the ratchet.

22 foot pounds i think,,you should use the maintenance manual for the right torque.Some may be different from others.Buy a manual for your car or truck.
