Yes. Using a plug-in for Firefox*, you can download FLV videos. You can then watch it with FLV player, of VLC Media Player. However, to change the format to something like WMV, you need to buy an accessory.
* I think there's a .exe, which doesn't require Firefox, but I'm not sure.
