i want to download photoshop a free version is that possable ? and which one is the best adobe or what ? if some one could help me that would be great

It's free open source modification of GIMP to have an interface more photoshop user friendly.
Photoshop is not free, but I believe they do have a free trial version which expires after x days.

I'm a graphic designer and photoshop is my loyal buddy when I am at work. It's the leading software for photo editing and I use it to for all my projects. With photoshop you can to edit images, retouch pictures, make photo collages, apply effects, filters, add frames, text, etc. It can be difficult to use it if you are a newbie, but if you just need to do simple editing (e.g. resize and crop images, change colors) it's still the best tool to use.

There is free photo software u can download it is not photoshop it is called Erfinview.

u can download that off anywhere. bittorrent.com and download bittorre. then go to torrentportal.com or torrentspy.com and search for programs like photoshop. or just be oldschool and use limewire. u can get anything. my buddy downloaded limewire pro for free off of limewire.
