Itunes is not free! Just use limewire like i do. You can download it from limewire.com Its 100% free.

you can download the iTunes program for free. There they have some songs that they offer for free every Tuesday. When you go to download a "non free" song, you do have to pay $0.99 for it.

Other alternatives are things like Limewire. But you are taking a severe risk with this. Some of those files may be encrypted with a virus or not the full song. Unlike Limewire, iTunes gives you the graphics of the song's album. If you get your songs from Limewire, you can burn a CD and then transfer that CD to your iTunes account by simplying popping the CD into the disk drive. Again, the graphics will not be there...which stinks.

if you want to go the legal way, go back to Circuit City and pick up an iTunes gift card. You can enter that on the iTunes program and that way you can download songs safely and they are already prepaid.

Good luck with your iPod!

Hello,
Maybe your bro will need to search online for new itunes, rather than pay $$$ that might break your pocket for just itunes.
I bought my ipod from Gateway 2000 Communications Limited and i got the tunes i listened for them for free, and to all glory the tunes are free and my ipod is working fine.
regards
Mickey.

What they meant is the program itself is free, not the content you download with iTunes.

u will either need to get an iTunes card(i suggest starting with $15 dollar kind and FYI it is $15.) or just get your friend to come over and show you! that's what i did
