Simon is the most honest. Paula is a joke and Randy is inbetween the two.

Simon, because Paula is too nice to the people who really can't sing, and Randy just acts like he thinks he's the sh*t. And he's really not.

All of them for different reasons.
Simon tells the truth and doesn't worry about telling them something fake so that they will fell okay.
Paula is nice but not overly nice
Randy gives good advice and is nice

Randy...I think he is sincerely studying and really listening and thinking "could THIS person sell records?" And I don't think he's trying to play a role like goody-two-shoes Paula or "Mr. Nasty" like Simon. Randy's critiques are the only ones I think are sincere.

My favorite judge is Randy. He keeps it real and tries to give everybody a deserving chance. But he does tell people when they can't sing... Just not as harsh as Simon.

Randy.......Because Simon is the harshest.......Paula is the softest..........Randy is fair........I tend to agree with Randy the most when I watch the show.
