My son would like to get a job, but he is 15. Is this possible?

It depends on where you live. Where I live, it is 14. Try contacting your mayor, or a government official at your town hall.

Well I think the age where u can get a job is about 16 in every state. But I know when I was 14 I was allowed to get a paper route.

It may depend from state to state but I would expect that at 15 he can definitely get a job. It may require a work permit, which is basically parental consent, and it will require the employer to follow certain guidelines - such as how late or how much he can work.

yes. it may depend on where you live, but in most cases, some businesses will hire as young as 15, if the teen has a work permit. in states like california, finding work for anyone under the age of 16 is virtually impossible, but if you try hard enough, you may find one.

No, only a high school credit job. You must be 16 with a working permit.
