Its not good to do it, but if you want

1.Go to Control Panel
2.Click Security Center(If you have SP2)
3.Go down to where it says Manage Security Settings for:
4.Then click Windows Firewall and turn it off.

If Windows XP Firewall, go into the Control Panel and just turn it off.
