Noone has been confirmed the father. But I think it's obviously Larry Birkhead....the one and only guy that has said he is the father from the time that Dannilynn was born and has NOT profited from the press or anyone else. He is the one that apparently truly WANTS the baby because she IS his...not that he want's the money that my come along in the future. As far as HK Stern, he is only in it for the possibility of making more money day by day. This is why he will not take the DNA test..he knows that when he is proven to not be the father, the press will go away and so will the money that he is getting paid for his "stories". He has already made over a million dollars just since Ms. Smith's death. And during the entire time he was with her, he NEVER worked as an attorney!!! He just sponged off of Ms. Smith...day after day and year after year. Doesn't it make perfect sense?

Wouldn't they have said it on the news or something like that?
I mean, there is a bunch of men saying that they're the father while another is claiming that THEY'RE the father. We should know pretty soon, probably before when the autopsy is done.
